Create Account and Log In
Start with the admin account: it holds all data.
- Click on “Create admin account” and enter your name and email.
- Enter the password twice and accept the terms.
- You can also sign in directly with Google.

- • Forgot your password? The recovery link sends an email.
- • The first account becomes an admin; managers are added afterwards.

Profile and Account Security
Add your photo and manage security from “My Account.”
- Add a circle-cropped profile picture.

Everything in the app is linked to an apartment.
- Enter the name, city, and price per night.
- Specify bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower, toilet, balcony.
- Add up to 12 photos, automatically compressed.
- Add the link to your Airbnb or Booking listing.

- • The price per night is a suggestion and can be modified for each booking.

Bookings and Calendar
A 6-step wizard guides you to confirmation.
- Steps: apartment & dates → client → guests → documents → finances → summary.
- Choose the type: individual, couple, family, or group.
- Attach the ID card or passport with its expiration date.
- Enter the total and paid amounts, then add the payments.
Useful Tips
- • The draft is saved automatically.
- • The calendar blocks overlaps.
- • The receipt can be printed or sent via WhatsApp.

Recurring Expenses and Due Dates
Monthly expenses generate due dates, counted only once paid.
- Create a recurring expense: category, amount, due day.
- Each month, a due date appears as pending.
- After payment, confirm it: it becomes an actual expense.
Useful Tips
- • An unconfirmed payment is not included in profit or cash flow.

Equipment and Debts
To track equipment purchases on credit without mixing them with expenses.
- When to use it? For purchasing furniture or equipment on credit.
- Add the debt: supplier, total amount, apartment, date.
- Choose the mode: fixed monthly installments, custom installments, or flexible repayment.
- For each payment, confirm the relevant installment.
Useful Tips
- • An unpaid debt is not an expense: it's a future liability, accounted for only when its installments are confirmed.
- • The manager needs the admin's approval to modify an existing debt.

Withdrawals and Distributions
To record what leaves the profits for the owner or partners.
- Add a withdrawal: beneficiary, amount, date.
- Attach a receipt if available.
- The withdrawal reduces the cash balance but is not an operating expense.

- • Uploading supporting documents is reserved for the admin and the authorized manager.

The actual balance: cash inflows minus effective cash outflows.
- Cash consolidates collections, paid expenses, confirmed payments, and withdrawals.
- Track transactions day by day with the running balance.
- Compare the balance to the cash you actually have on hand.

- • Profit ≠ balance: one is for accounting, the other is for cash flow.

A single report with filters and multi-format export.
- Select the period and apartment in the filters.
- Review the metrics: revenue, collected, expenses, profit, balance.
- Click “Export” then “Summary” or “Detailed report”.

- • For 'all apartments', the displayed value is an average revenue per night, not a rate.
