1. Acceptance

By using Kira Plus, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If not, do not use the application.

2. Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for your password, operations performed from your account, and the accuracy of the data entered.

3. Guest Data

By entering your guests' information or identity documents, you agree to obtain their consent and comply with personal data laws.

4. Authorized Use

Any illegal use, attempt to access other users' data, or service impairment is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Data for each account is fully isolated by database-level security rules. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

6. Data Retained

We retain: email and name, apartments, bookings, expenses, and uploaded documents. Deleted items remain in the trash for 90 days, then are permanently erased.

7. Notifications

We may send you in-app notifications regarding service, updates, or support.

8. Service and Evolution

The application is currently free; subscriptions may be introduced with prior notice. These terms may be updated.
